Shipping time:
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day.
Please expect slower delivery at your local carrier due to Covid-19 restrictions. Everything is still running but you may experience some minor delays depending on your state.

Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, and other delays, shipping times can vary. However, our shipping times will be between 5-20 days as mentioned above and won't be over.
All shipments are insured and tracked with tracking numbers provided.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier depending on your area. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with you regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Tracking Your Order:
We will send you a link with your tracking information to your E-mail when the order has been fulfilled. Simply click on the link and it will direct you to see where your order is.
You should see tracking events within 24-48 hours after you have received the tracking number.
If your shipping status has not changed it may be delayed.
Delivery time delays can be due to weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information is available only after your order has been shipped.
